41 mile weekend

41 miles in 2 days, I’m pretty tired!  But I thought I’d document my weekend a little bit for the ol’ blog here.  It was certainly full of running, eating and drinking.  Not heavy on the legit naps but I was busy!

What a fun fall weekend! Way to get in both of those long runs. Impressive!

Love the pics- where is stella brewery?? Perhaps we should visit when we make it down there!? Congrats on the run- I am so blown away by that milage!

Thanks Big!! Stella Brew is a new beer store in Ardmore, I walked over there! It is at the corner of Hawthorne and Magnolia, close to the Food Lion. It isn’t a brewery, just a bottle shop, but they have a great selection of beer, wine and (randomly) disc golf supplies.

There *are* a couple new little breweries opening up in Winston right about now though. Hoots (sort of behind West End Opera House) has opened their bar but hasn’t started serving their own beer yet, and Small Batch (5th & Cherry) should be opening in a couple weeks serving their own beer.

We should hit up everything when you get back for a visit!!

thank you! I’ve made the triple loop a few times before… it starts to get tedious, but it is such an easy place to do long runs because you don’t have to worry about traffic (besides bikes) or planning a route and remembering turns.
